For Providers

Managing Orders

Confirm, process, and deliver orders from your dashboard. Here's how the order lifecycle works.

Your Dashboard

Your provider dashboard is your command center. It shows all active orders organized by status, along with quick actions like confirming new orders, starting a route, or scanning a label. Orders update in real time — when a customer places a new order, it appears immediately.

The Order Lifecycle

Every order moves through a series of statuses. Here's the typical flow:

Placed Confirmed Pickup En Route Picked Up Processing Ready Delivery En Route Delivered

Placed

A new order has come in. Review the details and tap Confirm to accept it, or cancel if you can't fulfill it.

Confirmed

You've accepted the order. The customer is notified. A unique label code is generated automatically.

Pickup En Route & Picked Up

When you start a pickup route, orders on that route move to "Pickup En Route." When you arrive and complete the stop, the order moves to "Picked Up." You'll need to take photos at pickup.

Processing & Ready

Move the order to "Processing" when you start working on it, and "Ready" when it's done. During these stages, you can adjust the price if needed.

Delivery En Route & Delivered

When you start a delivery route, orders move to "Delivery En Route." Complete the stop and take delivery photos to mark it as "Delivered." Payment is captured automatically when the order reaches "Ready" status, before delivery begins.

Cancellations: You or the customer can cancel an order anytime up through the "Processing" stage. Once an order reaches "Ready," cancellation is no longer available. If the customer cancels after you've already picked up their laundry, a 50% cancellation fee is applied. Provider cancellations never incur a fee.

Advancing Order Status

From any order's detail screen, you'll see a prominent action button for the next valid status transition. Tap it to advance the order. Some transitions require additional actions:

Payment Issues

If a customer's payment fails when the order reaches "Ready" status, the order moves to a "Payment Failed" state. You'll see a banner with a retry option. The system also retries automatically every 12 hours (up to 4 attempts). See Earnings & Payouts for more details.
