Do I need a business license to sign up?
No. Laundryve accepts sole proprietors and registered businesses — it's up to you how you want to run things. Since payouts go through Stripe, you'll need to provide enough information for 1099 delivery at the end of the year, but no business license is required to get started.
Do I need my own washer and dryer, or can I use a laundromat?
Either works. You can run your business from a home setup or use a local laundromat — whatever fits your situation. Laundryve doesn't require any specific equipment.
What does it cost?
There are no subscriptions or monthly fees. Laundryve charges a single blended fee of 4.5–5.5% per order, which already includes Stripe credit card processing. That's it — you keep everything else.
Where is Laundryve available?
Laundryve is available anywhere in the United States.
What happens if a customer files a damage claim or dispute?
Every order includes photo documentation at pickup and delivery, so there's always a record. Customers can optionally add Laundry Guard damage protection at checkout. If a claim is filed, Laundryve's team reviews the photos and handles the resolution — you're never left dealing with it alone.

Most providers finish onboarding in under 10 minutes. Once your profile, services, and bank connection are set up, you can start accepting orders immediately — no approval queue.
