For Providers

Getting Started as a Provider

Complete the onboarding flow and go from zero to accepting orders in minutes.

The Onboarding Flow

When you sign up as a provider, Laundryve walks you through a 5-step setup. Each step collects the information needed to get your business live. You can complete it all in one sitting — most providers finish in under 10 minutes.

  1. Business Information — Enter your business name, phone number, and a brief description. This is what your customers see when they find you.
  2. Services & Pricing — Define what you offer (wash & fold, dry cleaning, etc.) and set your prices. Choose per-bag, per-pound, or per-item pricing. Add any extras or add-ons you want to offer.
  3. Availability — Set your working days, time windows, and how many orders you can handle per window. Customers will only be able to book during the windows you define.
  4. Service Area — Draw or define the geographic area you serve. Customers outside this area won't be able to book with you.
  5. Connect Your Bank — Link your bank account through Stripe Connect so you can receive payouts. This is a secure, one-time setup — Laundryve never sees your banking credentials.

No approval queue. Once you complete all five steps, your profile goes live immediately. There's no waiting period or manual review.

After Onboarding

Once your profile is live, you're ready to start accepting orders. Here's what to do next:

Your Provider Code

When you complete onboarding, you're assigned a unique 6-character provider code. This code powers your invite link (laundryve.com/join/your-code) and QR code. Customers who use your link are automatically connected to you — no searching or marketplace browsing.

Editing Your Profile Later

Everything you set up during onboarding can be changed later from your provider settings. Update your prices, adjust your availability, expand your service area, or refine your business description at any time.

Taking Time Off

Need a break? Laundryve has a built-in Vacation Mode that lets you temporarily pause new orders while you're away. Your profile, services, and settings all stay intact — customers just can't book until you're back. Find it in your Storefront settings.
