The Supply Shop is your one-stop source for everything you need to run a professional laundry pickup and delivery operation. Browse by category or check out featured products and starter kits.

Common product categories include:

• Laundry bags — durable, branded bags for customer pickups
• Garment labels — for tagging and identifying customer items
• Signage — pickup/delivery signs, door hangers, car magnets
• Branded materials — business cards, flyers, and promotional items
• Starter kits — curated bundles with everything a new provider needs

Starter Kits

If you're just getting started, the starter kit is the fastest way to look professional from day one. It includes a selection of bags, labels, and essential supplies at a bundled price. You'll see a prompt for the starter kit when you complete your bank connection during onboarding.

Ordering

Browse products, select variants (size, color, quantity), and add them to your cart. When you're ready, proceed to checkout:

• Shipping address — enter or confirm where you'd like supplies delivered
• Payment method — pay with a saved card (separate from your payout bank account)
• Place order — your order is confirmed and you'll receive a confirmation email

Tracking Your Order

View your supply order history and status from the shop's Orders screen. Order statuses progress through: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered. When your order ships, tracking information is provided.

You'll also receive push notifications when your supply order status changes.

Accessing the Shop

Find the Supply Shop on your provider dashboard — look for the "Supply Shop" card. You can also access it anytime from the navigation menu.
