Vacation Mode

Need a break? Pause your business without losing your setup.

What Vacation Mode Does

Vacation Mode temporarily pauses new orders on your storefront. While it's active, customers won't be able to book pickups with you — but everything else stays exactly where you left it. Your profile, services, pricing, service area, and settings all remain intact.

Think of it as putting up a "back soon" sign. Your customers can still see your profile — you're not disappearing. They just can't place new orders until you're back.

Existing orders are not affected by vacation mode. If you have orders already in progress, they'll continue as normal (more on that below).

How to Enable It

  1. Go to your Storefront screen — you can also find Vacation Mode in your Settings.
  2. Tap "Vacation Mode" to open the vacation settings.
  3. Toggle "Enable Vacation Mode" on to start configuring your time away.
  4. Select your start and end dates — pick when your vacation begins and when you'll be back. The date picker lets you look up to 4 weeks ahead.
  5. Review any conflicts — the app will check for orders that overlap with your vacation dates and let you know what needs attention (see below).
  6. Tap "Enable Vacation Mode" to confirm and go live. Your storefront is now paused.

Order Conflicts

Before vacation mode kicks in, the app checks whether any of your existing orders overlap with the dates you've chosen. Here's what it looks for:

Pickup conflicts

Orders with confirmed pickups scheduled during your vacation. You'll need to reschedule these before you can enable vacation mode — you can't leave a customer hanging with a pickup that's not going to happen.

Delivery conflicts

Orders with confirmed deliveries during your vacation. Same deal — reschedule these first so your customers aren't waiting on a delivery that won't arrive.

In-progress orders

Orders that are currently being processed (already picked up or in the middle of processing). You can still enable vacation mode with these, but you'll need to acknowledge that you've made delivery arrangements with those customers. The app just wants to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

For pickup and delivery conflicts, there's a "Go to Orders to Reschedule" link right on the conflict screen that takes you directly to your orders so you can sort things out quickly.

Ending Vacation Early

Plans change — maybe you're feeling refreshed ahead of schedule, or you just miss the hustle. If you want to come back early, head to the vacation settings screen and tap "End Vacation Early." You'll be asked to confirm, and once you do, your storefront goes live again immediately. Customers can start booking with you right away.

Tip: Vacation mode is great for holidays, family events, or just taking a well-deserved breather. Your customers won't be able to book new orders, but they'll still see your profile — you're not going anywhere.
