Follow your laundry through every step — from the moment you place your order to the moment it's back at your door.
Real-Time Updates
Every Laundryve order updates in real time. Open your order from the home screen and you'll see its current status, along with a timeline showing every step it's been through. There's no need to refresh — changes appear automatically as your provider works through your order.
You'll also receive push notifications at key moments so you don't have to keep the app open.
Order Statuses
Here's what each status means as your order moves through the process:

| Placed | Your order has been submitted and is waiting for your provider to confirm it. |
| Confirmed | Your provider has accepted your order and scheduled the pickup. |
| Pickup En Route | Your provider is on their way to pick up your laundry. You may see an estimated arrival time. |
| Picked Up | Your laundry has been collected. Your provider has photographed the pickup. |
| Processing | Your laundry is being washed, dried, folded, or otherwise handled. |
| Ready | Your laundry is done and ready for delivery. |
| Delivery En Route | Your provider is on their way to deliver your clean laundry. |
| Delivered | Your laundry has been returned to you. Delivery photos are available in your order detail. |
ETA During Delivery
When your provider starts a delivery route that includes your order, you'll see an estimated arrival time on your order detail screen. This ETA updates as your provider completes other stops along their route.
Photo Verification
Your provider takes photos at both pickup and delivery. You can view these photos anytime from your order detail screen — tap any photo to see it full-screen. This creates a transparent record of exactly what was picked up and returned.
Cancelling an Order
You can cancel an order anytime before it reaches the "Ready" stage. Open the order, tap the cancel button, and confirm.
Once your order is marked "Ready" for delivery, cancellation is no longer available. If you need help with an order at that stage, reach out to your provider directly using the in-app messaging feature.
Cancellation policy: Orders cancelled before pickup incur no charge. If you cancel after your provider has already picked up your laundry, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. If your provider cancels the order, no fee is charged regardless of status.
Recurring Orders
Orders from a weekly subscription show a "Weekly" badge on your home screen and in the order detail. These are placed automatically each week — you don't need to rebook. If you need to change something about your recurring orders, manage it from your subscription settings.
