Weekly Subscriptions

Set up automatic weekly pickups so your laundry gets handled without you lifting a finger.

How It Works

A weekly subscription tells Laundryve to automatically place an order for you every week — same services, same day, same pickup window. Your order is generated each Sunday evening, and your provider receives it just like a regular booking.

You can pause, resume, or cancel your subscription at any time. There's no commitment and no extra cost for using subscriptions.

Setting Up a Subscription

You can create a subscription from two places:

The setup flow walks you through four steps:

  1. Services — choose which services to include each week.
  2. Schedule — pick the day of the week and time window for your recurring pickup.
  3. Address — confirm or update your pickup and delivery address.
  4. Review — verify everything, choose whether to include Laundry Guard, select your payment method, and activate.

Managing Your Subscription

Pausing

Going on vacation or just need a break? Pause your subscription and no orders will be generated until you resume. Your preferences are saved — just tap "Resume" when you're ready.

Resuming

When you resume a paused subscription, the system calculates your next pickup date to ensure at least 48 hours of lead time. If your usual day is too soon, the first order will be placed the following week.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime. Any orders already placed from the subscription will continue as normal, but no new orders will be generated.

Payment note: Your saved payment method is validated each week when your order is generated. If your card is declined, the subscription is automatically paused and you'll receive a notification to update your payment method.

Can I change my subscription services or schedule?

Yes. Open your subscription from the management screen and edit the services, day, time window, or address. Changes take effect starting with your next generated order.

Can I include Laundry Guard with my subscription?

Yes. You can toggle Laundry Guard on or off during setup or when editing your subscription. If enabled, the $2.99 protection fee is added to each weekly order.

How do I know my subscription order was placed?

You'll receive a push notification each week when your subscription order is generated. The order also appears on your home screen like any regular booking.
