Booking a Pickup

Walk through the complete booking flow — from selecting services to confirming your order.

Step 1: Select Your Services

From your home screen, tap Book a Pickup. You'll see the services your provider offers — things like wash & fold, dry cleaning, or specialty items. Tap to select the services you need.

If you're connected to more than one provider, you'll choose which provider to book with at the start of the flow. Each provider has their own services, pricing, and availability.

Each service shows the provider's pricing (per bag, per pound, or per item) so you know what to expect. You can also add optional extras like fabric softener preferences, starch, or special handling instructions.

Step 2: Choose a Pickup Window

Next, choose when you'd like your laundry picked up. You'll see a calendar showing your provider's available days, and when you select a day, the available time windows appear — typically morning, afternoon, or evening blocks.

Pick the window that fits your schedule. Your provider will arrive during that window to collect your laundry.

Tip: If you want to schedule the same pickup every week, you can set up a weekly subscription after your first order.

Step 3: Enter Your Address

Enter the address where you'd like your laundry picked up. You can type it in manually or use your phone's location to auto-fill. The app will verify that your address falls within your provider's service area.

You can also add delivery instructions — things like a gate code, apartment number, or "leave bags on the porch." These notes are visible to your provider when they arrive.

Step 4: Review and Confirm

Before placing your order, you'll see a full review screen with:

Add or select a payment method, then tap Place Order. Your card is validated at this point but won't be charged until your laundry is delivered.

After You Book

You'll receive a confirmation notification and your order will appear on your home screen. Your provider will confirm the order, and from there you can track it in real time through every step — pickup, processing, and delivery.

Need to cancel? You can cancel your order from the order detail screen anytime before it reaches "Ready" status. Cancellations before pickup incur no charge. If you cancel after pickup, a 50% cancellation fee may apply.
