Getting Started with Laundryve

Sign up, connect with a local laundry provider, and place your first pickup order in just a few minutes.

How to Sign Up

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and open it.
  2. Create your account with your email address and a password, or sign in with your existing Google or Apple account.
  3. Choose "I need laundry service" to set up your customer profile.
  4. Enter your name and phone number so your provider can reach you if needed.

Connecting with a Provider

Laundryve connects you with independent, local laundry providers — not a faceless corporation. There are a few ways to find and connect with a provider:

Search for a provider

Use the in-app search to find providers in your area. Browse available providers, see their services, pricing, and service area, and connect with the one that's the best fit for you.

Via a shared link

A provider may share a personal link (like laundryve.com/join/abc123) through text, social media, a flyer, or word of mouth. Tap the link and it will open the app and automatically connect you to that provider.

Via QR code

If a provider shares a QR code — on a business card, flyer, or in person — scan it with your phone's camera. It works the same way as the link.

Tip: Once you're connected to a provider, you'll see their business name, services, and pricing in the app. You only need to connect once — they'll stay as your provider for future orders.

Working with Multiple Providers

You're not locked into a single provider. You can connect with as many as you like — maybe one for regular wash-and-fold and another for dry cleaning. Manage all your connections from the My Providers screen in your account settings.

Placing Your First Order

Once connected to a provider, you can book your first pickup right from the home screen. The process takes about two minutes:

  1. Select your services — choose what you need (wash & fold, dry cleaning, etc.) and pick any add-ons your provider offers.
  2. Choose a pickup window — pick a day and time window that works for you from your provider's available schedule.
  3. Enter your address — type your pickup address or use your phone's location. Add any special instructions (gate code, "leave on porch," etc.).
  4. Review and confirm — see a full cost breakdown, add a payment method, and place your order.

That's it. Your provider will receive your order and you'll get a confirmation notification. From there, you can track your order in real time right in the app.
