Managing Your Providers
Connect with multiple providers, set a default, and find new ones in your area.
What is My Providers?
You're not locked into one provider. Laundryve lets you connect with multiple providers and switch between them whenever you want. Think of it like having a few favorite coffee shops — sometimes you go to the one closest to work, sometimes to the one near home.
Your My Providers screen is where you manage all your connections. It shows every provider you're linked to, and gives you quick access to book, share, or organize them.
How to Get There
From your Account screen, tap "My Providers." You'll see a list of every provider you're currently connected to.
What You Can Do
Tap any provider card to see your options:
- Book Now — Start a new order with that provider. This drops you straight into the booking flow with them already selected.
- Refer a Friend — Share that provider with someone you know. They'll get a link to connect directly.
- Set as Default — Make this your go-to provider. Your default provider shows up first on your home screen, so booking is one less tap.
- Remove — Disconnect from this provider. Note: you must always have at least one connected provider, so you can't remove your last one.
Adding a New Provider
There are two ways to connect with a new provider:
By code
If a provider has given you their code (from a flyer, a text, word of mouth — however they share it), enter it in the field at the bottom of the My Providers screen. You'll be connected instantly.
Search by location
Tap "Search for a provider in your area" to browse nearby providers. You'll see their services and how far they are from you. Tap any provider to connect.
If no providers are in your area yet, you can sign up for the waitlist and we'll let you know as soon as one arrives.
Tip: Having multiple providers is handy if one goes on vacation or if you want to try someone new. Your order history with each provider stays separate, so nothing gets mixed up.
