How to get help, submit a support request, and track your tickets inside the app.

The Support Hub

Whether you're a customer or a provider, you've got a Support Hub built right into the app. It's your one-stop shop for getting help with anything Laundryve-related.

To find it:

Once you're in the Support Hub, you'll see three options:

Submitting a Support Request

Got an issue? Something not working right? Here's how to let us know:

  1. Open the Support Hub using the steps above (Account → Support for customers, Settings → Support for providers).
  2. Tap "Contact Support" to open the support form.
  3. Fill out the form with the details of your issue. The more specific you are, the faster we can help.
  4. Submit your request. You'll get a confirmation right away, and our team will get back to you within 1 business day.

Tracking Your Tickets

You can check in on any ticket you've submitted at any time. From the Support Hub, tap "My Support Tickets" to see a list of everything you've sent in, each with a status badge so you know exactly where things stand.

Tap any ticket to see the full conversation. If your ticket is still open, you can reply to add more details or follow up — no need to submit a new request.

Ticket statuses

Tip: We're a small team and we read every single ticket. If your issue is urgent, include the word "urgent" in your message and we'll prioritize it. We're not a call center with hold music — we're two real people who want to fix your problem.

Can't Access the App?

If you're locked out of your account or can't open the app for any reason, don't worry. You can also reach us through the support form on our website at laundryve.com/support. We'll get you sorted out from there.
